Many problems with Ultimate Team

Im having loads of problems with ultimate team, i cannot play rivals because i always get kicked around the 80th minute mark, where the game lagspikes and then kicks met out of the match. I also have problems with the menu in my squad, where when i press the start (to and in more players and once into postions from my club), the game locks itself and i have to restart. Im starting to get very furious with all of these problems, please help!
