Market Access On Companion

I have Transfer Market access in-game, but Web App / Companion Transfer Market access is still locked on EA SPORTS FC 26 (PC).

l've completed 7+ active days with 3+ Ultimate Team matches per day, and I've checked the in-game playtime tab to make sure activity is counting. l've already been told the normal 2-4 active days guidance multiple times, but Web App / Companion access still hasn't unlocked.

Can someone confirm whether there's an account or device eligibility issue affecting Web App / Companion access? I used to have access but I’m not sure at what point that changed. Have been on this same account since 2013 and PC specifically since 2022.

I even did all the foundation objectives just incase that was it, any help or insight into this would be much appreciated.

    There are a number of factors that determine how long it takes to unlock access to the transfer market apps. Unfortunately we can't see how much longer it will take, but hopefully you'll get access to the transfer market soon. I'll share our article about the topic just in case you haven't had the chance to read it yet.
