match played not counted

Although all the staff from EA Help or the EA Forum have replied to me, none of them have solved my problem.

I’m still trying to figure out why my transfer function on the web or app still isn’t working.

I’ve noticed that my matches played are not syncing properly.

No matter how many matches I play, the count resets to zero when I restart the game.

So, my matches played are not being counted.

I'm playing in windows mode in PC linking with steam
