Max. 86 Base Hero Upgrade

Question

Yesterday I opened my Max. 86 Base Hero Upgrade. I packed, for sure, 85 rated Cahill. Now I've seen that the French version has received the pack as an 86+ pack. My question: How is this possible? I want compensation for this error. It's not fair to the other players.

The issue is that the French Version gets 86+ and all the other Players gets an Max. 86 Pack.
