Missing 500 FIFA Points from Ultimate Team Tournament Win

This situation is unacceptable.

I won the Ultimate Team tournament final. My opponent quit at 90+ minutes while I was leading. The tournament clearly promises 500 FIFA Points for the winner. I did not receive the 500 points.

Instead, about 10–15 minutes after the match, I was credited with only 100 points, which makes it clear my win was recorded as a loss or handled incorrectly. This is a serious issue that allows a tournament to be manipulated so that the real winner does not receive the prize. That should not happen.
