24 Hour Transfer Timer Resets Constantly

I got my transfer market approved week or two ago and that worked perfectly. I then set up my companion app and was informed I unlocked the store after a few days. I was hit with a “wait 24 hours as you’ve maxed your bid” message. However, unlike the in game market, this timer is stuck at 24 hours and I can no longer list players again? 

Has anyone else had this happen? It is absolutely ruining my experience and is very frustrating that EA haven’t figured out their market system yet
