Missing content and refund or content replaced

I played the 10 hour beta the evening of the 22/09/2025 until mid day 23/09/25 and spent a lot of money on fifa points only for me to go onto the real game to find that none of my data is there 

I want a full refund or even a replacement for the content I had in my club 

I spent 93.53 and had players in my account like Virgil van dijk and Bukayo Saka

I also completed challenges to unlock the transfer market 

I want my previous account back
