Please lift transfer market limit on bid/buy action.

Hello, I created my new PSN and EA account today and just unlocked access to the Ultimate Team transfer market after completing the required objectives. However, immediately after gaining access, I received a message saying I had reached the transfer market limit and must wait 24 hours, even though I haven’t used it yet. I believe this is a mistake, as I’ve only just started and have not engaged in any trading activity. Could you please review and assist me in restoring proper access? I cannot do anything for 24 hours if I can’t access the transfer market.
