Re: Missing pre order rewards

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, but I did it too late to get the Icon Pack. So, on September 22nd, I subscribed to EA Play Pro to receive the Icon Pack and the additional FC Points. However, it's been over 24 hours, and I still haven't received either of them. I did receive the loan player picks and the FUT Draft Token, though.

I've talked to some support employees through the chat option and all said different things so idk what to do now.
