Hello, I pre-ordered FC 26 on my Xbox Series X through the Microsoft Store. Here is a summary of what happened: 21 Aug: Pre-ordered the game (Order #[OLD]).Received my FC 25 pre-order rewards (25 packs), which proves my eligibility.10 Sep: Xbox failed to charge my payment even though funds were available.Between 10 Sep and 13 Sep, I tried multiple times to complete the payment, but each attempt was declined. Eventually, I changed my card details to a new payment method.13 Sep: After updating my card, I was finally able to re-purchase the game (Order #[NEW]).Despite this, I never received the FC 26 Icon Pack bonus, even though my pre-order was placed before the 26 Aug deadline for eligibility. I contacted Xbox, and they confirmed they cannot issue in-game items. EA Support advised that this is a known issue and gave me the case number 223115528 for follow-up. I would really appreciate it if the concerned team could review my case and deliver my missing Icon Pack as soon as possible, since the issue was not caused by me. Thank you for your support. Did they ever resolve this for you? I am having the same issue and I am still missing my pre-order icon & FC points. I reserved the ultimate edition on July 28th.

Missing FC 26 Pre-Order Bonus (Icon Pack) – Case #223115528

Hello,

I pre-ordered FC 26 on my Xbox Series X through the Microsoft Store. Here is a summary of what happened:

21 Aug: Pre-ordered the game (Order #[OLD]).
Received my FC 25 pre-order rewards (25 packs), which proves my eligibility.
10 Sep: Xbox failed to charge my payment even though funds were available.

13 Sep: After updating my card, I was finally able to re-purchase the game (Order #[NEW]).

Did they ever resolve this for you? I am having the same issue and I am still missing my pre-order icon & FC points. I reserved the ultimate edition on July 28th.

Same issue for me to. I pre-ordered first day pre order was available. I got most items but no icon. I did get a case assigned as well.
And to top it all off I have gotten two transfer market bans for coin distribution like huh. I changed all my everything from ea and Microsoft and got another email today. I'm appealing. This is exhausting. I just want to play my game in peace. Haven't played since 24

Same issue I pre ordered and the purchase was cancelled by Xbox and I had to redo the pre order but had to add enough funds to the Xbox account for it to complete.
