Matches are not counting wins after a disconnection.

I am having a SERIOUS problem where in several matches that I am winning, the connection drops or the opponent quits. The game says it will take me back to the menu and analyze the result. However, it does not count the win, but it does count that I played the match. I say this because I have a loan Iniesta, and it counted as if he had played, but it did not count the win for me.

I was 4–1 in FUT Champions, a difficult match, and even so, after the opponent quit, the win was not counted. This has also happened in Gauntlet.
