Missing extra content

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 TOTY Edition on Steam. The game is installed and works fine, but I did not receive 5,000 Season Points or the TOTY packs in Ultimate Team. I confirmed that the DLC is ...

Hi there. Please make sure you’ve claimed any extra content on Steam first. In Steam, next to the Play button, you should see a blue “Redeem content” button — click that to redeem it. After you open the current season pass, you should see 5,000 Sp.

    Hello,

     

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have checked my Steam library carefully, but there is no blue “Redeem Content” button next to the Play button. I also checked the DLC section and there is no extra content available to redeem.

     

    Additionally, when I open the current Season Pass in the game, I do not see the 5,000 SP added to my account.

     

    Could you please check this issue and advise me on the next steps?
