Missing FC Points from FC 26 Ultimate Edition

Hello there,

I purchased the FC 26 Ultimate Edition on December 23, 2025, but I still have not received the FC Points included with the edition.

According to Steam, I should receive a total of 6,000 FC Points over a period of two months. However, only 100 FC Points have been added to my account so far.

I have also seen in several places that most users receive 2,000 FC Points immediately after purchasing the Ultimate Edition, but in my case this did not happen.

Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or clarify when and how the remaining FC Points will be granted?

    They were part of the pre-order and are still listed as included. What is the reason to purchase the Ultimate Edition if there is no real incentive for it? The issue is that the points are simply not being added. Screen is maded now on Steam.
