Missing Fc Points

Hi Ea. I have purchased ultimate edition for fc26 and i am wondering why i still haven’t received the fifa points that come with it? I have had the game for 2 weeks and still haven’t received anything. I’m wondering if this issue can be fixed. Thank you for your support!

Hey zimphs69 Please remember that you don’t receive all your points at once. After activating the game on your main account, you’ll get the first batch of points, and the rest will arrive at the end of the following month.
