Missing fc points

I purchased 5900 fc points yesterday through Xbox not in game and have not received anything yet, I waited over 24 hours like instructed but have not received anything yet. That was $55, please just want to know if I will get them if not so I can get my money back

    I'm sorry, we can't help with those cases on the EA Forums. If you're missing content you've paid for, and you've waited 24 hours for it to come through itself, please get in touch with the EA Help Support team asap. 

    Here's what you need to do:

    1. Grab valid proof of purchase (PoP)  - check out the steps for Xbox in the article
    2. Then scroll to the bottom of that article and select 'Contact Us' to start your support case. 

     

    They'll do their best to help you with this from there.

    You have to load the game on the console for the points to show up, even if purchased on the app/website. As soon as you log in on console they’ll show up.
