Missing icon pack and premium pass for ultimate edition

Bought ultimate today because my trial ended and I’ve actually been enjoying this FC but haven’t received most the benefits you get with the ultimate edition hoping it will get fixed as I’ve never bought the ultimate edition for this game so don’t know how quick things get resolved&nbsp;
