Missing items/ghost items

I packed a 99 bruno fernandes and a 98 pogba and when i put evos on them and played a couple games decided to switch pogbas evos and sell fernandes. I removed the evos expecting to get the cards in my unassigned but they never went there they just dissapeared from my club and i think they have become tied up whit the server as "ghost cards" i am requesting manual assistance to get to **bleep** rats back to my club so i can enjoy the last month of fifa
