Missing Packs

Hello everyone. I was looking through my saved packs for TOTY promos and noticed that my 87x3 and 88x3 packs that I received from gauntlet 8 is gone. I never opened it, and again was saving it on purpose. It took a lot of time for me to fullfill those objectives and gain  that free packs.What can i do now , can somebody help ?

    Hello everyone,

    Same as every year, we are all excited and saving packs for TOTY.

    Just to let you know that some packs on the console might not appear if you have a lot of packs waiting to be opened. It is visual only as there is a display limit in game.

    To see all the packs, you can either use the companion app or open some packs on the console and they will appear.

    Best of luck during the TOTY.🤞

    Exact thing happened to me same packets i never opened now missing and don't know what to do

    I had the same issue. Luckily, when I checked through the companion app on my phone they were still there. So I hope they’ll reappear for us on the console, but otherwise I think we can still open them trough the companion app

    There isn’t enough room on the console page to show all packs, they’ll be on the companion app. Open packs on the console and eventually they will appear.

    Same has happened to me I  had my 88x3 missing aswell as much more this is a joke all saved for tonight's launch
