Missing Player “Lacroix - evolved”

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing an issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team regarding a missing Evolution player.

I had an evolved version of Maxence Lacroix (French CB) in my club, but the card has suddenly disappeared from my squad and club. I did NOT quick sell the player and I did NOT submit him into any SBC.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

- Quick Sell Recovery (player is not there)

- Club search (by name, position, and nation)

- Unassigned items / Store / Transfer targets / Expired items

- Companion App & Web App (same issue)

The player seems to be completely missing. This looks like a potential Evolution or inventory sync bug, as I’ve seen similar reports on forums.

Details:

- Platform: [PS4]

- Date & approximate time when the issue occurred: 08.04.2026

- Player: Maxence Lacroix (Evolved version)

Could you please investigate and restore the missing player if possible?

Thank you for your help.

EA_Barry  You keep telling players what they should do. Fine, you can guide us but please acknowledge that there is actually a problem.

An evolved card is extremely difficult to use in SBCs. I personally only complete SBCs using silver, bronze, and gold cards. Apart from TOTW cards, I don’t use any special cards in SBCs. As you can imagine, it’s impossible to sell an untradeable card.

And now my evolved goalkeeper, Di Gregorio, is also missing from my squad. Do you know what really affects people? Losing the cards is one thing—but that card required effort and time, and now it’s simply gone.

At this point, there is clearly a mistake. Yes, there is. There is a problem, yet instead of resolving it, you are redirecting your users elsewhere.

I could delete the game and never look back. But what is truly difficult to accept is the lack of respect for the effort players invest in a game that you are part of, and the feeling that our time and work are being disregarded. That is what is hard to accept.
