Missing players Ultimate team

I logged into Ultimate Team today and noticed that two of my players William Saliba and Sidney Govou are missing from my squad. They now only appear as concept players.

I have not submitted them into any SBCs (I’ve only completed the basic ones).

I have never shared my account details with anyone.

They are not in my club storage or quick sell recovery.

I’ve checked both the console and the Companion App, and they’re completely gone.

I’ve tried every possible avenue to locate them, but there’s no sign of either player.

I’m also struggling to find a proper EA support line to report this issue directly.

Has this happened to anyone else? And does anyone know the correct way to contact EA to recover missing players?
