Missing points from Ultimate team season pass

I got to the level 27 season pass rewards and was given the 3000 points to go up to level 30. After collecting all the rewards it then reset me back to level 27 and I had to earn 3000 more points before I could continue. I didn't receive the rewards again but I am now missing 3000 points. EA HELP wouldn't do anything to help me.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so, did you get it fixed?
