Missing pre order icon pack

I've preorder the game on Xbox via an Amazon code on August 25th. I received the other pre order rewards including the season pass and the FC points. But I haven't received the icon pack yet. I've tried restarting the game, checked the club and just don't have it.

Anyone else having the same issue, would love to get it resolved
