Missing pre-order rewards

On September 15, 2025, I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 2026 Ultimate Edition via the Steam platform. Although I am currently able to play the game, the additional content that should come with the Ultimate Edition, such as FC Points and the premium season pass, has not been provided to me. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter.
