Missing premium season pass from ultimate edition.

Just tried on the web app and nothing. When I get home, I'll try on my console to see. Thanks for letting me know... I haven't heard this one before. 

Did you change your language to english and then back to your original language. If your original language is English, I would try changing to another language turn off and on the app and then back to english. It sounds like a joke, but it is actually working. 

I also have the same issue. 

None of the suggestions (quit the game and re-enter, turn my console on and off, play a game, earn 1k points, etc.) have worked

I have the same issue, xbox s/x . Got the points but not the premium season pass.

i found the solution on discord. Change your language to English, then restart the game. After you receive the pass you may change back to your preferred language!

I didn't get my season pass either. Can someone from Ea join this thread and answer, please?

I’m having the same issue. I bought the Ultimate Edition today, but didn’t get the season pass. I also have an active EA Play subscription and used early access, so maybe that’s why it didn’t activate. In the end, I had to buy it for 1000 FIFA Points. How is EA going to compensate me for this — or are they not going to at all?
