Missing Preorder Content

I pre-ordered EA FC 26 at the beginning of August and have not yet received the bonus packs that were advertised. While I did receive the Ultimate Pass and FC Points, the main reason I pre-ordered the Icon Pack along with the other included packs, has not appeared in my account. Could you please provide clarification on why these items are missing and when I can expect to receive them? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, as I paid for these items as part of my preorder.
