Missing rewards after buying cosmetic

I earned a Cornerstones cosmetic through a Kudus objective in the ‘Rewards’ tab. However, I just spent 250 points on a Cornerstones cosmetic from the ‘Cosmetics’ tab for Hakimi, and now the one from the ‘Rewards’ tab has disappeared. Is this a bug in the game? I’ve already restarted my PlayStation and followed the full EA Help support troubleshooting steps, but it’s still missing — even on the Companion App I can’t find it anymore. I can prove that’ve got Kudus cornerstones but missing the cornerstones cosmetic right now.
