There is a big issue.
I opened my ultimate team the day after season 8 expired and as per usual, I’m supposed to get all the unclaimed items of season 8 pass as soon as I open ultimate team. But I have received nothing. Please look into this and help me out because I had many good items that I had yet to claim.
Same has happened to me it’s a joke. I paid money to get the point to buy the pass how can I not get the rewards now
Yup just been to support and was told nothing they could do...last time this happened it was because it was the choices never auto claimed but never noticed issue with season pass but missing gh evo content and loads of packs i have now!
When did this happen? And how can we resolve it!!
