Mistake sbc

Hello I put by mistake my favourite goalkeeper from my favourite team (Stefan Tarnovanu evolved - 80 overall) in an sbc and did not get any warning about putting him in that sbc. I am very sad because i really evolved him from the start of the game, can someone help me please receive him back? I’ll be extremly happy, please its only an 80 rated gk but very important for me 😔

Do i have any chance to bring him back to the club?
