My account was appealed in 1st Feb, and I was told in an email that I only needed to wait 10 days for the review, but until today I am still waiting, which forces me to divert my attention to seek customer service or anyone who can help me. For a whole month, I kept checking my mailbox hoping to a response, but a month has passed and no message has been sent.so I need help.
