Unable To Connect On EA Server & Always Disconnect from rival match

I don't know what happened some time yesterday until now with my account suddenly when I open the game sometimes I can't connect to the EA Server even though I use the internet with a high speed of 150MBps before it has never been like this, when I want to open Ultimate Team sometimes I can't log in even though I can go directly to disconnect sometimes the game is stuck in the objective please fix it With what is happening now, My rivals and champions are downgraded as a result of disconnect is not clear like this.

Please investigate my account status and manually reset/refresh my active session on your servers. I believe my account is flagged or stuck due to the previous connection errors, and I am unable to resolve this from my end.
