My account is showing as new but it isn't

I've played nearly every ultimate team since it came out, but once I've gone into fc26 ultimate team it's showing my account as new(which it isn't) this is blocking my access to the transfer market and is super annoying. I had founder status but now it's saying I'm a noob lol.

Funniest thing ever the transfer market works on the companion so I can't understand why it's not working on the console
