My points didn’t transfer

i had 18,500 points that didn’t transfer from fc25 and i’ve gone through to the live eagles chats and they said they can’t help because i’ve already submitted the transfer even though my points didn’t transfer. i don’t know what else to do i can’t lose out on over £100
