My SBC package is missing.
3 of 20 sbc rewind player pick ,I didn't receive my rewards and the package got lost; I completed 3 of them. The package got lost.
Hi there, sorry to hear you didn’t receive the Player Pick after completing the SBC.
First, please completely restart Ultimate Team and check the Store > My Packs section, as well as any unclaimed items, to make sure the reward hasn’t appeared there.
