Need Help – Companion App Transfer Market Ban (Support Can’t Fix)

Hi, I need help with an issue on EAFC 26 Companion App.

My Transfer Market access is blocked on the Companion App, but I can still use it normally on my PlayStation. I don’t use bots, scripts, or anything against the rules. The only thing I use is a work VPN, but I’ve never cheated or violated any terms.

Support told me they cannot manually fix Companion App bans and that the system is fully automated, so they asked me to post here so the proper team can see it.

It’s been over a week, I’ve played plenty of games, and the suspension still hasn’t lifted.

I’ve spent a lot of money on this game over the years, including recently, so it feels unfair to be blocked on the Companion App without a clear reason or any way to resolve it through support.

Can someone please look into this or guide me properly? I just want my Companion App Transfer Market access back.
