Need to transfer my fc point from fc25 to 26

Anyone know how I can do this because I don’t believe I was given the option at the start the way everyone else was and the ea help website is completely useless I’ve tried to get a live chat for the last 2 hours and nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas on how I could do it or even how to get a live chat cause nothings working for me on ea help?
