Negative SP Points

Hello EA,

I paid for the premium season pass becaue it said I can claim the previous rewards. Now if I go to rewards to claim them it shows that I need -2925 to unlock. Yes NEGATIVE. So there is no way to claim them and also there is no way to refund this. So you can fix this right now or give me my money back because I paid for this.
