new disconnect pc issue

so basically, this happened 3 times today I'm playing graunelt 3 or whatever it is called the opp disconnects and then I play against ultimate bots and I can't press start or anything and when the game ends either half or full time it just keeps looping the cinematic with no menus. **bleep** YOU EA CANADA.
