New UT club, first game rewards error

Hi, I had just started my Ultimate Team club about 10 minutes ago, upon opening my first team pack and hitting "Advance" there was a pop-up saying that after completing my first (tutorial?) match, I would've received some rewards, including what looked like a nice 1-of-5 player pick to help me get started.

After clicking "start match", an error saying something along the lines of "error connecting to game" appeared, and placed me back in the main Ultimate Team menu. I had a look around the Objectives and the "Play match" areas to see if anywhere would tell me whether I could still receive these rewards somehow, but couldn't find anything / they appear to be gone?

I was wondering if there was any way to get these rewards back, or if there was some way of restarting my UT club status and allowing me to just open a new first-pack and continue from there? Without losing access to founders rewards / packs or the free packs that are currently sitting in my Store page.
