No INFORM compensation yet

Last week i opened a 2x 85+ inform pack and got two gold rare players, while the bug was not yet fixed. I still haven't recieved any in game message regarding my pack, and no pack has been granted to me with the correct items. How long will this take? And will I ever even recieve my EARNED rewards?

    you probably gotta text EA support as i'm not sure anybody reads the forum anymore unless they word filter momentum and dda shows up to delete the post ;p
