No Robertson Card after completing SBC

Completed the Robertson end of an era challenge, I was also doing other SBC at the time and when I completed this SBC I was using a tots 93 rated card and completed the challenge. I go back to club to put Robertson on my team and he doesn’t seem to be there after refreshing my game and checking everywhere possible. I contacted support and they said it has been submitted through an SBC which I know I never did so it seemed to be a visual glitch on my end and I’m hoping to get my Robertson card back as it took my a while to grind for it. Absolutely gutted 🙏

    I understand how frustrating this situation must feel, especially after completing a long SBC grind 😕

    If support confirmed the card was later submitted into another SBC, it unfortunately means the item was consumed, even if a visual issue may have made this unclear at the time.

    Unfortunately, submitted SBC items cannot be restored through the forums.

    That said, if you believe there was genuinely a visual glitch or UI issue involved, please provide screenshots/video if available as without it, there isn't enough information to raise the bug.
