Not able to claim champs rewards

So I was in a game last night of champs and as the final whistle blew I was pressing X to skip the cut scenes and I got backed off to the main menu, bearing in mind this was my last game of champs, as I loaded ultimate team back up to claim my rewards it said I had 9 wins, 7 losses and -1 game remaining. It now won’t allow me to claim my champs rewards or search for a game in champs which is understandable but how do I go about getting my rewards?
