One week know with no entry to the season in ultimate team mood
To EA Support Team,
I am beyond furious and completely disgusted with your service. I have been suffering from the same exact issue for an entire week now, and NOTHING has been done to fix it!
Every single time I try to play FC 24 Ultimate Team – a mode I PAID FOR – I get a message saying "You will have no progress on season mood!!."
I PAID FOR THE GAME. I PAID FOR THE SEASON. AND FOR A FULL WEEK, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PLAY PROPERLY!
All my matches, all my time, everything I do in the game counts for NOTHING because I get ZERO progress. No rewards, no points, nothing! I am basically playing a DEMO version of a game I paid full price for!
I demand:
1. An immediate fix to this issue.
2. Compensation for the entire week I have lost – including all rewards, season progress, and everything I paid for but couldn't access.
3. A clear explanation of WHY this is happening and WHY it took a week with no solution.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to:
· Request a full refund
· Report this issue to consumer protection authorities
· Share my experience
I expect a URGENT response and a REAL solution. Not automated replies. Not empty promises. ACTION.
