Open your packs as you get them or EA will steal them

I completed level 39 + premium, so I got 3 packs (). I was very close to level 40 so I thought I would complete it before opening all the packs. Completed level 40, which gave me a pack, and when I got to my store, I only had the pack from level 40 and the one from regular level 39. The ones from level 39 premium vanished (5*83+ and Mega pack, both tradeable...).

Not asking anything from EA because I'll just be called a liar, but people, OPEN YOUR PACKS AS YOU GET THEM OR THE BIG BAD EA WILL JUST STEAL THEM FROM YOU
