Pack bug

I open a play style evo pack from future star on June 9 and since it was a couple months ago I’m guess that the evos have expired because I can’t claim them without a message popping up saying “there a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. Please try again later” and now I can’t open any packs because I haven’t claim these evos that won’t let me claim
