Pack missing

I opened a preview pack on Sept 17 on the web app and got a valuable player/pack (+60k coins), but I didn't have FIFA points at the time. Yesterday, I logged into my account on PC (the team was reset), and I had the 150 FIFA points needed. However, the preview pack I opened was not there (24 hours had not passed).

I switched from the PS5 to PC for the first time this year, and my account is considered new because the transfer market is locked. I bought it through EA Play Pro. Anything I can do?
