Pack problem

Hello, I've been playing various packs in the game for a while and I've been playing SBC upgrades and nothing. It doesn't give me any good players or anything. This is not fair at all. Your company claims that it's luck, but it's not luck at all. I didn't pack any good players at all. Packs don't give me any. But I see other players on the video stream, they all walk out the best players in pairs. This is not fair at all. I don't play any packs, and player picks don't give me any. Please check if my account has a problem or if you have a problem. This is not fair at all. All this effort will end up in nothing.
