Pack store Fut Birthday évolution

Hello, on June 23rd there was a pack in the FUT Birthday Evolution store. I bought the pack twice, and since June 23rd I've only received one Evolution pack and not the second one. A few days ago I received a message from EA in Ultimate Team mode awarding me a reward due to a bug on my account, and the reward was an evolution that displayed an error. Still waiting to receive the FUT Birthday update at 800 FC points as of today
