Packed TOTW Gravenberch instead of Thunderstruck Gravenberch

Hello,

yesterday I packed Gravenberch, but not his Thunderstruck card, which is active in packs, but his TOTW card that came out 2 months ago. 

I've read that this can happen and that you can contact the support to get the item you should've gotten from the pack.

Now after chatting with the Support, ofc as always they told me they cant help me out. Instead they redirect me to this forum to post my problem here, and that i will get help here.

So what can i do now?

    i had a similar issue, apparently the packs from SBCs are weighted to prefer TOTW players rather than promos. These weightings are not visible for customers which is outrageous that you are led to beleive you can get all these players from SBC packs and Picks when they are not actually available

    oTheAvenger17​ As a part of Black Friday week, they have re-released Best of TOTW in packs again. You can cross-check the loading screen where you find that Best TOTW is also in packs along with the ThunderStuck promo team. Hence, you can pack any of the versions i.e. TOTW or ThunderStuck.
