Pause glitch, hacker or EA mistake

I was playing a dude, score was 1-1 before the breack, none of us had used our pauses, half time, he let the clock run out, when the game started, he used all of his pauses in a row and let the clock run out, had me waiting like 2 minutes. Game restarted, at the 50th minute, my CB got a red card, fine let’s say I can’t pause there, although it was a freekick, not a penalty, but the I kept trying to pause until the game ended and I couldn’t! Playing in a 4-Back formation with a red card is impossible because the Fullback doesn’t close up the space so you have a giant hole, not the problem, but I want to change my formation or at least change my ST with my CB so I can at least defend (normal proceding). If EA changes it and your opponent can use up all of the in-game pauses for both of you, that’s so unfair and wrong I didn’t even pause once. If he is hacker ban him, I don’t know what he did in those 2 minutes. And if it’s a glitch, fix it. I feel like ea owes me at least a draw, I lost 2-1 because of the giant space there, one good pass and he’s alone against the keeper, no CB there. @miguelrico on PlayStation was my opponent, if you reas this, why you paused for 2 minutes. And @EA, this was very unfair, I pressed pause maybe 98 times the second half. Basically took my pause rights. He can keep me waiting for 2 minutes and I just don’t the right to put my subs in, not even thinking a put the CB problem, I’m in a clear disadvantage if can’t make even one substitution (I know there’s subs suggestions in-game, but I have the right to choose my subs)
