I appreciate that. I’ve sent 3 appeals and waiting on the resolution for the 3rd and while I know that more appeals won’t make a difference I find it very hard to comprehend that I am getting ban for something I did not do. The ban says I use a software or something or the sort to cheat which is just not true. Additionally, an email sent for a ban for 2 weeks and then immediately after another for permanent. Because I thought it was taking long to get it resolve I made a new account and I’m in a discord so I know what I need to trade to make coins. Again I got ban on my new account for what they say again was a software I use to cheat. None of that make sense and how unlucky can I be to be banned twice in 1 month for the same thing?
